Note: This may look like a lot of steps, but they're very easy to memorize. You'll get it with a few attempts.
1. Open Animation Shop, and Paint Shop Pro.
2. Either make a glitter fill, or select a previously made one and open it up in Animation Shop. Usually the glitter fill is 3-4 slides long; which means you will have to repeat the same steps 3-4 times.
3. Make the first slide the main one (click on it) and press CTRL+C on your keyboard; this copies it. Open up Paint Shop Pro and press CTRL+V to paste the glitter slide onto the program.
4. Go to file -> new. Make the new document a good size, (800x500 px is a nice size.) Note: Make sure the background is TRANSPARENT.
5. Now, click on the text tool on Paint Shop Pro, click anywhere on the new document and write in the box what you want the text to say.
6. When you're finished, highlight all the writing, and click the 'materials' or 'color' section of Paint Shop Pro. Make the foreground (the upper one) transparent, and click on the background (the lower one) and click on patterns. Then press on the downwards arrow; you should see a bunch of patterns, including the glitter slide you just opened. Click on the glitter slide and press ok.
7. Now, where your text is, make it so that the text is no longer vector, and click on floating.
8. Your text should be the pattern of the glitter, and there should be dots all around your text.
9. Now, press CTRL+C again to copy it, return to Animation Shop, and press CTRL+V. There should be a new document with your text on it.
10. Now, go to the next slide of the glitter fill, and repeat steps 5 through 8.
11. Once you press CTRL+C for the next few times (including the last time), make the slide of your text, not your glitter fill the main one. Then press the button on top that says 'paste after current slide'. This will paste your new text beside the one you pasted before.
12. Save the animation once your glitter text is complete, and voila.
